Payment
You can pay for products ordered in our shop using:
- PayPal
- PayU
- traditional bank transfer
Payments with traditional bank transfer should be made to the bank account indicated in the order summary and in the message with order confirmation. The order is sent only after the payment is credited on our account.
Delivery
We make our best efforts so you can receive your purchase as quickly as possible. The majority of orders placed on business days before 11 a.m. are sent on the same day. However, sometimes due to a large number of orders or special events, delivery may take up to several business days. We will inform you about any changes via email.
We offer free shipping for orders above
Within Poland, we post packages with the following courier companies:
- DPD
- DHL
- Inpost
- GSL
Shipping costs up to 10 pln.
The cost of shipping goods outside Poland will appear after adding the product to the cart and selecting the country of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the country of delivery and may take between 3 and 7 business days.
In what hours are the packages delivered?
Couriers deliver packages on business days, most often between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. It all depends on the delivery place, weather conditions and the shipping company.
Will the courier call me before the delivery?
In most cases, couriers call the delivery recipients but it is something we cannot guarantee – they are not required to do so.
My courier delivery is late.

Caution! Please examine the shipment at the collection. In case of damage caused during transport, please prepare a shipping damage report in the courier’s presence and contact our Customer Service Office.
